Physical products in the Valais
The delivery charge for physical products is CHF 6.00 for lowland locations and CHF 9.00 for mountain locations.
If you live in the Valais, postage is free for purchases of CHF 200.00 or more.
Physical products in Switzerland (outside the Valais)
The standard delivery charge for physical products is CHF 11.00.
Delivery subscription
For regular orders you can take out an annual delivery subscription for CHF 69.00.
Non-physical products
Offers in ‘voucher’ format for services (care, restaurant, leisure, etc.) are sent directly to your e-mail inbox as an attachment to the invoice without delivery charges.

Orders placed by 6 p.m. on Sunday: delivery on Tuesday and Wednesday

Deliveries outside the standard dispatch zones in Central Valais are sent by post throughout Switzerland.
Collection from our depot or a partner
You can collect your purchase directly from a partner shop or from our own depot in Riddes (Rue Pré-Giroud 4). Please make an appointment before you arrive.
